You can aviod procrastination by changing the way you look at things.
- Think about the finishing moment of that task instead of the beginning moment
- Don’t think too much about the hours that you might need to spend on that task. Just think its just one other task
- Focus on boosting your energy to get things done instead of looking for more time.
- Create to do list for a week or month and pick up the high priority items and work on them in a daily basis
